Change Management Audit

dap provided audit and expert review of a postal organization’s change management plans for a major modernization program. The objective of the audit was to identify possible gaps in the organization’s transformation plans and methods. Our team identified a number of risk areas, and presented its findings to the organization’s CEO and Board of Directors.
