This desk study was performed by decision analysis partners (dap) to develop terms of reference for a technical assistance project to support the acquisition of security equipment in the Port of Chittagong, Bangladesh. dap reviewed a number of documents including a comprehensive study performed by xxxx, and conversed with Customs and Border Protection officials in the U.S. and in the area. The team provided an evaluation of the proposed project, based on the original proposal, the supplemental information provided, and independent research.
