DAP delivered a USTDA-financed technical assistance project for the Banco do Estado do Pará S.A (Banpará) to develop a digital integration strategy to modernize and expand its ICT infrastructure.  The strategy includes automating products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, credit lines) and internal processes (e.g., payroll, HR management), as well as integrating all transactions into a unified database. The project also addressed system upgrades to ensure interoperability and cybersecurity, and provide recommendations for modernizing the bank’s data center, cloud services, and backup facilities.

DAP conducted a quality control review of all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readability.  All reports, presentations, and diagrams were prepared in English and Portuguese.
