Following on-going discussions with the Government of Thailand, USTDA received a proposal from the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) for the development of a 5-year e-customs development plan for Thai Customs Department (TCD.) This proposal was also accompanied by a request for assistance to develop a secure trade development plan. Following discussions with the GoT, USTDA and RTC agreed to focus on the e-customs plan.
