decision analysis partners assisted Canada Post Corporation with developing a formal RFP to implement changes to the Montreal international exchange office. This RFP has been issued to two pre-selected integrators and decision analysis partners will work side by side with these integrators on behalf of Canada Post. This will ensure that the integrator proposals for the international exchange will meet Canada Post’s needs.

Three integrator design workshops are planned as part of this assistance. The workshops will enable Canada Post to obtain feedback on the initial RFP requirements. The overall scope of decision analysis partner’s scope for the Montreal international exchange project
