Evaluating Innovative Products
Each study included defining the product, surveying current providers, estimating the overall market and potential demand for the product, conducting SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis, and preparing a financial pro-forma which includes startup costs and the growth of revenue over time.
