decision analysis partners (DAP) of McLean, Virginia has been awarded a project for SEACOM, Ltd. The project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). The SEACOM project is part of USTDA’s Access Africa initiative, a partnership with U.S. industry to advance the development of high-quality information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and services across Sub-Saharan Africa. The objective of the project is to evaluate the enterprise market for fiber telecommunications services in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. DAP is partnering with TNS RMS East Africa Ltd., a division of the Kantar Group.
