dap has been awarded by the U.S. Department of State the organization of 2008 U.S.-Morocco International Transshipment Conference to be held in Tangier, Morocco from May 20th – 22nd. The focus of the conference will be on the challenges, roles and responsibilities of Governments in stemming the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as well as conventional weapons through large transshipment ports.
