Canada Post Corporation (CPC) was experiencing poor video encoding productivities at the majority of its plants. Working with d/ap video encoding specialists, a time and motion analysis was performed of various users of the Video Encoding System (VES) to understand root causes for the large range of variability between high performers and low performers, and to identify opportunities to improve the overall efficiency of the VES centers.
Our experts also worked with the supervisors of the VES centers to collect productivity data, analyze it, identify root causes for deviations from target performance, and develop recommendations for remedial.
A training program was designed and administered by Canada Post based on our recommendations.
